Gamevice For iPads Coming In March Starting At $99

wikipadMany of us remember when mobile gaming consisted of bringing your own watergun to the park.  But ever since Nintendo launched the Gameboy we’ve been able to play better and better games no matter where we are.  Wikipad upped the ante when it announced the Gamevice tablet controller for iPad back in June and at CES this week they’ve revealed additional details as published over at iPhoneHacks.

The controller will go on sale in March starting at $99 and will support not only the iPad mini but also the iPad Air and Air 2 models.  It adds butons and analog sticks to your tablet and also is guaranteed to make you the center of attention on any public transportation.

Oh, and if you’re worried about all that awesome gameplay draining your battery, don’t be.  It comes with a built in 800mAh battery.  A larger model with a 1600mAh battery and built-in 4G connectivity (not sure why you need that but IT HAS IT DAMMIT) will come out at a future time.

h/t to reader Greg Friedman for sending in the story.
