It’s happened to all of us, whether we admit it or not. We’ve fallen asleep while binge watching a show on Netflix. And then we have to cull through the episodes trying to find where we left off. Sure, Netflix checks in to see if you died while watching four seasons of Charles in Charge are still watching every once in a while, but that can be too far most of the time.
Never fear–Netflix is here with a fun how-to guide for making socks that will pause Netflix when you fall asleep. Sure, there are some issues with the socks (are the detectors sensitive enough, will there be a clear IR path from your feet to the device when you fall asleep) but it’s still pretty cool that this came from Netflix. Kudos, streaming deity–you know us all too well!
