Please Tell Me Uncharted 4 Will Be Better Than Arkham Knight

uncharted4

Back in March I broke down and bought a PS4.  (Getting it a ridiculous (but still expensive) price at a “Going out of business” sale helped.)  I knew I would get one at some point with the prior announcement of two games I was very excited about.  Batman Arkham Knight and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.

Unfortunately I’ve found Arkham Knight to be a huge disappointment.  One of the big sells of the game was the inclusion of the Batmobile…which has turned into my least favorite aspect.  The thing is hard too handle while driving and there are just way, way, way too many Batmobile missions.  And if I wanted to spend hours at a time fighting tanks, I would have bought a war simulator.  This ain’t Batman.

But I digress.  Hopefully my second anticipated game lives up to the hype when it arrives next March.  Check out a new trailer for Uncharted 4 after the break.

ICYMI: Awesome Cosplay Of The Day: BATMAN ARKHAM KNIGHT

Sometimes you see a Batman, and you’re like, cool – that’s Batman. But then sometimes you see a BATMAN and everything stops – TIME ITSELF STOPS – and you hold your breath, and you pinch yourself, because before your eyes is something so magnificent, so unbelievable, so magical that it can’t be real. But it is – OOOOOH it is. Check out this amazing cosplay of Batman by Julian Checkley  He decided to create the outfit in honor of the Batman video games, specifically Batman’s look in Arkham Orgins. The armor is 3D printed and it includes a working fireball gauntlet (say what?), folding batarangs, and a wrist computer that displays sonar pings. OMG, I am in heaven! The 3D printing was done by Kevin LeProp with photos by Kamil Krawczak. Want to see more, and a video? – don’t stop, run past the break:

Batman Arkham Knight Jacket: May Not Be The Jacket You Deserve, But It’s Definitely The Jacket You Need

Bat_Jacket_image-e1423013276603

HOLY JACKET BATMAN! – I mean, just look at the thing. It’s a source of wonder! The officially licensed jacket is made by a company called Bay 57 and is going for about $106.00 USD. Which if we all use #JennyMath, that equals roughly two tanks of gas. Who needs to drive when you can walk in style with this amazing jacket!? OH – and an item to note, this jacket is a limited run and they’re currently taking pre-orders.

Now all I need is a mask and leather pants….. or not (but yeah, I want them too). Completing the outfit people, it’s all about completing the outfit!
