The Problem With Superman

I’ve never regularly collected Superman comics.  As you can probably guess by what I tend to write about, I’ve always been more of a Spider-Man fan with Batman a very, very close second.

Nothing against the big blue boy scout, and I’m not even sure why he ranks so low on my interest level.  Maybe he is too powerful and I relate more to the hero that is more worried about getting home with a cake for his Aunt May’s dinner party than how to beat the Shocker this go round.

God Likes Jim Parsons (Who Doesn’t?)



In the upcoming theatrical production of The Last Testament: A Memoir By God, Jim Parsons, famous for his emmy winning role of Sheldon Cooper AND for going to college with William Watson (I met him, but he was merely a friend of a friend) will play the Lord, Our God. 

The producers had some fun with it:

Humorously, the announcement reads that God commented via His press agent, “I chose Jim to play Me because I relish the irony of telling the real story of the Six Days of Creation through the star of The Big Bang Theory.
