IT’S A NAP! – ha! Even Admiral Ackbar know when a good night’s sleep is just a good night’s sleep and nothing else (like a trap). I was tickled to see these super cute Star Wars pillow cases offered up by Etsy Shop owner Saturday Morning Pancakes. There are 3 different versions to choose from. So if you’d like to snuggle up next to a droid, or sleep on the chest of Chewbacca, then check out the other options after the break:
Beery Method is a graphic, branding and marketing company based in Seattle. And I’m not gonna lie, some of their alternative images for our beloved Star Wars characters are a little creeptastic. But that’s what’s fun about it – check out the following pictures that are both crazy-wakadoo Star Wars as well as zombirific – also named “the Deathside collection” after the break:
Woooooaaaaaaaaaahhhhhaaaaaaarrrraaaa. That’s basically Wookiee speak for HOLY SHIT A WOOKIEE HOODIE! I don’t know about you, but this is what I’ve been waiting for in Wookiee attire. Not only can you now blend in on Kashyyyk (which Watson cannot spell), but if worn correctly, you probably don’t have to brush your own hair that day. Not saying that you shouldn’t brush your hair, but let’s be honest, sometimes being lazy means grabbing your Wookiee hoodie and going out for a night on the town. AmIRight? See more after the break:
You’ve seen it, right? WE’VE SEEN IT! And if you haven’t seen it – then what the hell are you doing wasting your time reading another word? We’re talking about the STAR WARS EP. VII The Force Awakens trailer! Woot! Woot!! And – to show just how excited we are about this trailer, here is our reaction:
Now go watch it HERE if you haven’t already! GO! GO! GO!
The Brotherhood Workshop does it again with a Game of Thrones, Star Wars, and Marvel mashup, in which our three favorite taciturn sidekicks are allowed to express how they really feel. Check out this charming LEGO based video after the break.
In this weeks edition of “Original Geek Art” we’d like to bring your attention to these beautiful Star Wars hand drawn and colored posters. All credit goes to Ben over at Bensmind. Ben states that when he was younger he used to make books about going out and about in the world where he’d write and draw about his experience. Now, all grown up, Ben is a graphic designer. The Star Wars prints came about because he proclaims himself as a massive sci-fi geek. His ETSY shop proves his passion. You can see anything from what we are featuring, to Star Trek, Game of Thrones, Dark Tower, Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, Babylon 5, Breaking Bad and so much more! See more of Ben’s amazing work after the break…
