We Need To Talk About Mr Robot

"I wonder if he's talking to me." "I am!" "Who said that?"
“I wonder if he’s talking to me.”
“I am!”
“Who said that?”

The first season of USA’s Mr Robot ended last night after a one-week delay for the finale and we need to talk about it.  After watching all 10 episodes I’m left…confused?  That’s an honest question because I’m not even sure if I’m confused, that’s how confusing I found this show.  I may understand it all perfectly and not realize it.  Jump after the break if you care to join me in this exploration of such a unique show.

[WARNING: IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK ABOUT MR ROBOT WITHOUT SPOILING MR ROBOT SO IF YOU HAVEN’T WATCHED MR ROBOT BUT ARE THINKING ABOUT WATCHING MR ROBOT THEN YOU SHOULD PROBABLY GO WATCH MR ROBOT BEFORE YOU READ THE REST OF THIS ARTICLE ABOUT MR ROBOT.  HOW MANY TIMES CAN I SAY MR ROBOT IN THIS SPOILER WARNING?  SEVEN, APPARENTLY. ]

Gabbing Geek 21: Golden Son & Prophecies

This. Read this. Now. Unless you haven’t read the first book. In which case, read that. Then read this.

Gabbing Geek’s first podcast of 2015 is now live and we FINALLY get to talk about Golden Son, the second book in the Red Rising trilogy.  If you’ve read the first book, Red Rising, or don’t care about spoilers for the first book, then you’ll absolutely want to listen to this episode–we don’t spoil anything for book 2.  But if you want to participate in our Gabbing Geek Book Club in 4 weeks, be sure to read both Red Rising and Golden Son (they’re page turners, you won’t have any problems, Jenny guarantees it!).
