Adorable, lovable, and apparently scareable Chris Pratt is caught off guard with this Jurassic sized prank. Remember the man behind this awesome spider-dog prank well, he’s at it again, but this time with massive human dino puppets. You have to see how they pulled this off (after the break), and then how Pratt reacted after the fact. I’m pretty sure I would have soiled myself while screaming and judo chopping the hell out of everything around me. Fight or flight people, fight or flight.
After the break, the greatest song ever written about Jurassic Park.
As if we needed another reason to like Chris Pratt, he recently took to Facebook to pre-emptively apologize for whatever stupid thing he said on his Jurassic World press tour. The tour has been underway for over a week now and so far either the apology has worked or Star-Lord has been sticking to the talking points because no scandal yet. But if you want to read his awesome pre-apology, check it out after the break. Sadly, it doesn’t apologize for the movie itself which is almost sure to
suck be the same story as every other Jurassic Park movie.
DIDN’T THEY SEE THE FREAKING MOVIE?!? BAD STUFF IS GONNA HAPPEN!!!!
Props to Paul Hollingsworth who wanted to prove to his daughter that she could do anything with thousands of legos while being a very clever girl. See how the two of them spared at no expense with this awesome abridged version of the whole movie in less than 5 mins!
Geeks around the world love Chris Pratt. Because Chris Pratt. After rallying a little-known-Marvel-property into one of the top grossers of 2014, Pratt seems destined to have another high-attention movie (notice I did not say top grossing – Ryan) with Jurassic World and he’s rumored to be the next Indiana Jones or in another Ghostbusters movie. In fact, Chris Pratt is rumored to be attached to just about any movie with a male lead. Which is just about every movie that doesn’t involve an all-female Ghostbusters film. So we thought it’d be fun to brainstorm movies that shouldn’t be remade starring Chris Pratt. It’s harder than you think. Find out what the Gabbing Geek editorial crew came up with after the break.
Holy smokes it’s the 25th episode of Gabbing Geek’s awesome podcast! You should listen to it right now!
GoDaddy.com, a company that annually makes a Superbowl ad wherein there’s some implied female nudity if you visit their site, decided to pull this year’s ad that featured a puppy being sold online. It seems people were outraged about an implied abuse of a puppy, probably from a puppy mill for the commercial’s storyline, from a company that routinely makes commercials that objectify women. What gives? Does our society value dogs more than people?
In a word, it appears the answer to that question is “yes”.
