Season two has started in the rewatch.  See an uptick in the animation if not necessarily an uptick in the quality of the stories.

Not that they’re bad.  Just that they will get much, much better.

Simpsons Did It!: “Homer’s Odyssey”

Early Simpsons look weird.  The background faces in today’s episode, “Homer’s Odyssey,” look weird.  It’s like some kid was in a rush to fill in a crowd.  It’s just…bad looking.

Oh, and for one episode only, Smithers was black.
