Star Wars Rebels Fans UNITE! I’m sure you’ll fall in love with this Hera Syndulla just as much as we did. Cosplayer Feyische certainly did the character proud, from her lekku to her toes, this one is a winner. Check out more of Hera after the break:
Cosplay can be fun, it can be realistic, it can be mesmerizing, but it’s hard to pull off all three at the same time. Well, that’s what artist Frank Ippolito did with his Star Wars Rancor cosplay. What’s even more amazing about this not so little Rancor, is that Frank built it in less than a month! Frank was given special access to movie set props and clay figures to help him build this magical creature. See a fantastical video of how he was able to pull it off after the break:
May 4th is one of the best days to dress up as your favorite Star Wars character – and thanks to the Star Wars celebration that happened last month, we have a lot of Star Wars cosplay to cover. Check out some of our favorites, and let us know what you think? Especially when you see the George Lucas… I mean, can we say doppleganger or what?
Hopefully you were able to see all the amazing cosplay that came out of the Star Wars Celebration this past month. But if you missed it, never fear, Cosplay Boom captured it, along with the touching stories of the people who spend numerous amounts of hours to recreate the characters from a galaxy far far away. Many of the costumes look like they were plucked straight out of the film, but some of the most creative examples are those that blend a cosplayer’s varied passions into one outfit – like the famous Hip-Hop Stormtrooper pictured above.
You’ll want to grab a tissue or at least have your handy “IT WAS ALLERGIES” excuse ready to go, because this video is amazing:
What comes after “IT’S A TRAP”… BOOM! Regardless of whether you remember what comes after that one line from Admiral Akbar or not, we can all appreciate this amazing cosplay from Star Wars Celebration Model: Jenny Newman. Now… dear readers. All you have to know is that this is JENNY NEWMN and nothing else. Isn’t she glorious? The Costume Design is by Castle Corsetry and the Body Paint is by European Body Art & Daniela Bernotas. Photo credit goes to: Miss Chrissy Lynn.
