Yeah, we’ve got another Independence Day coming for some reason.  Another trailer has dropped.   How is it?

The Superbowl was yesterday, and it was extra rough getting a Box Office Report out for whatever reason we keep doing the Box Office Report.

LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Official Game Trailer Looks Awesome

Unlike many of my fellow geeks here, I’ve never gotten into the Lego video games.  I’ve tried a few demos and I own one of the Marvel Super Hero ones, but have barely played it.  Maybe one day I’ll get back at it, but I have so many games I want to play that I’ll never get to as is, so who knows.

Regardless, news leaked and then became official today that a new Lego Star Wars game would be available on June 28th.  Not only will gamers will be able to relive the events of The Force Awakens, but the game will also feature story that fills in continuity gaps between Return of the Jedi and TFA.  That is causing quite a stir online, but really it isn’t much more than they’ve done with the novels and comic books that bear this logo:

Star Wars: The Force Awakens…In 60 Seconds

This might become more relevant if the already delayed Episode VIII ever comes out and you need a refresher of just what happened in Episode VII.  After the cut, an animated recap of The Force Awakens that you can watch during a commercial break of your favorite program.  (Do people still watch commericals?)
